About Charasee Press
Charasee Press was incorporated in 1971 as Charasee Press Inc. and began it's life as an underground newspaper in Hamilton, Ont. It lasted about a year and a half, and switched to publishing literary manuscripts in tabloid format.
In 1996 it was incorporated as Charasee Press Ltd. In addition to republishing former literary editions, we added several new writers and a new line of non fiction books including five county lake guides, and the Haliburton County Handbook. Financial difficulties forced us to quit publishing in 1997.
In 2010 we have resurrected. We intend to concentrate on digital publishing. Submissions are welcome.
We intend to publish in three digital formats:
e-books which are intended for computer use.
audio-books which can be played on audio MP3 players.
video-books which can be played in a stand alone DVD player.
DVD's can be ordered from the publisher. Digital downloads are available immediately for $5.00
